A must read for anyone destined to succeed

I have been listening to the CashFlowDiary podcasts for some time now and found them both motivational and packed with education. When I head that J Massey wrote a book the only decision to buy involved the format I wanted it in. Mr. Massey is a gifted speaker and a very talented writer. He skips the "get rick quick" gimmicks and goes right for the facts. His writing helps you get to the "why" as well as the "how" of real estate investing. The book forces you to look inside yourself, find the ingredients you need to succeed and act. He leads and motivates the reader to "move at the speed of instruction" which I now use daily. His style of writing is such that it keeps you interested, makes you want to feel like you don't want the chapter to ever end, but at the same time you cannot wait to find out what is in the next chapter.
Cash Flow Diary gave me that extra push I needed to stand up and move forward "at the speed of instruction". It also gave me the information I needed to put a plan in motion. I eagerly await his next book.
